Morris Arnold has always been passionate about people, relationships, and purpose. He believes work matters—not just because it pays the bills, but because it shapes confidence, direction, and the way people provide for their families.
That belief is what led him to start FOM Recruiting & Staffing.
Morris built his career leading high-performing recruiting and staffing teams across the maritime and industrial space, helping companies scale fast while still keeping people at the center of the work. Over the years, he’s led teams of recruiters, recruiting managers, and operations staff, along with large networks of contractors supporting mission-critical projects. He’s known for building service-first teams through clear expectations, practical training, and hands-on coaching—improving speed, quality, and retention for clients who can’t afford hiring mistakes.
But the “why” behind FOM is deeper than business.
In the Gospel, Jesus calls fishermen and tells them, “I will make you fishers of men.” Morris has always connected with that picture—because recruiting is about casting the right nets, building the right relationships, and finding the right people at the right time.

Morris’s goal is simple: to honor Christ in the way he works, leads, and serves. He believes business is a mission field and that integrity, excellence, and genuine care still matter.
Outside of work, Morris serves at Grace Houston as a board member and part of the preaching team, and he volunteers in the church’s tech and production ministry. He lives in the Houston area with his wife Ashlie and their two boys, Morris Lee Arnold III and Isaiah Judah Arnold.
